PAYMENT POLICY

Boyd Longevity Care ("BLC," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing transparent pricing and payment practices. This Payment Policy outlines financial responsibilities associated with our services.

Self-Pay Practice

Boyd Longevity Care is a self-pay telehealth practice.

We do not participate with or bill commercial insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, or other third-party payers.

Patients are responsible for all fees associated with services provided.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise specified.

Payment of a consultation fee reserves your appointment time and allows clinical review and preparation for your visit.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed according to the selected membership plan.

By enrolling in a membership program, you authorize Boyd Longevity Care to charge the payment method provided for recurring membership fees.

Membership fees may include provider oversight, follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, and related services as outlined in the applicable membership program.

Medications, Laboratory Testing, and Pharmacy Fees

Medication costs, laboratory testing, pharmacy dispensing fees, and shipping charges may be separate from consultation or membership fees unless specifically stated otherwise.

These charges are the responsibility of the patient.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Boyd Longevity Care accepts approved electronic payment methods, including major credit and debit cards through secure payment processing systems.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed:

  • Services may be delayed or suspended.

  • Medication orders may be postponed.

  • Membership benefits may be interrupted until payment is successfully processed.

Patients are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

Refund Policy

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Membership fees already charged are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Prescription medications, compounded medications, pharmacy fees, laboratory fees, shipping charges, and completed healthcare services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Boyd Longevity Care.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Patients agree to contact Boyd Longevity Care directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving payment issues promptly and professionally.

Pricing Changes

Boyd Longevity Care reserves the right to modify pricing, membership fees, and service charges at any time. Existing members will receive reasonable notice of material pricing changes.
